*ALSC Inc. leased residence 918 located at The New Harbour House, 10275 Collins Avenue, Bal Harbour, FL. Lessees are Erick Mendieta and Tara Sturtsman. Co-broker representing lessee is Garly Lits.

*The Place, Gainesville has entrusted Bradley E. Arnowitz, P.A. & Associates with the sales and marketing of it's ultra-luxury, boutique, hotel condominium suites. Located at 7413 W. Newberry Rd., Gainesvile, FL
