When Opportunity Knocks

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

Today's Real Estate climate presents many challenges. I prefer to look at this current cycle as an opportunity for savvy investors and buyers to cautiously step in and make some unbelievable purchases.

Lets look at it this way; Real Estate is cyclical in nature. Will the inner city [i.e. Brickell/Downtown Miami] ever come back? Who knows? Frankly, who cares! I prefer that we focus our attention on BEACH FRONT PROPERTY. After all, once it built, its built. And once its gone, its gone! No more sand left. No more room for growth.

Ask yourself this:
What do most, if not all people who come to Florida want? Beach Front Property!

Take advantage, do your research, ASK ME, "dip a toe in", and reflect on this:
When was the last time you were able to purchase Oceanfront in Miami or Ft. Lauderdale at prices well below market?
The answer, 25+ years ago when interest rates were at 15 - 18%

Ask yourself this:
Am I able to sustain the property thru rental or other income and ride out the storm? Bad press and publicity, included. Remember this:

WE ARE PURCHASING OCEANFRONT PROPERTY ONLY.

Its time to consider your options. Remember, their is just so much sand to build on. Once its gone, its gone.
