Condo Hotels

Of late, many of my clients have inquired about Condo Hotels. In an effort to better serve you I am pleased to provide the following information:

Condo Hotels (condotels) provide an excellent Lifestyle!

No other form of residential real-estate has the hotel’s voluntary rental program. Providing owners effort free income that compensates for many of the fixed costs of ownership (maintenance, property taxes, & insurance).

The hotel doesn’t manage the rental of the units for free; net commissions vary and are most often 35% and on a net to owner, range from highs of 80% to lows 15% of gross rentals.

Condo Hotels are a hybrid of both residential & commercial real estate and can appreciate & depreciate with the same market factors that effect hotel values and residential condominium value's.
